Tax Certificate

I have requested my tax certificat for my medical aid "up untill Deecember 2016" to be subited to me by email or loadedon to my Discovery login Acc.

Because i have relocated overseas in Decmeber my old email address & cell number is no longer valid.

I have requested this on line with Ref No: ********** 848 & ********** 718 and im still awaiting one of your "s****ed consultants" to respond to me.

I really hope you dont keep your customers waiting this long for a Hospital Autherisation!

Maybe its time i cancel my Discovey life policeys too!
