Tax Certificate :-(

<p>Its now the 3rd year that i struggle to get my tax certificate. I changed my address today and requested my tax certificate again but nothing ! I then phoned and the automatic recorded voice couldnt assist me due to changes made to my profile ? SO how do i get through to a normal operator to request my tax certificate if i cant get any chance to select an option to get me through to an operator? ALL i want is my Tax cert!</p>
