Target reached but no plays

So discovery has a lovely campaign - be active and get rewarded. I haven’t been able to workout for the last mounts due to an infection caused by the vaccine, I informed them this and I got a “sorry there’s nothing we can do” My target wasn’t reduced, I had to loose out on miles due to a vault not of my own doing. Last week I went back to gym and received 300 points on two different days meaning I’ve made my target, this week to my surprise - I didn’t make target and wasn’t allocated 4 plays. What’s the point of having a great campaign but your systems don’t work. Im honesty done! Thai whole miles system is a ploy!
