Tardy Service at Discovery Health.

I e-mailed 1 question 3 days ago and still no response. I find their website complicated to use for what I was looking for - queries on Keycare Plus Hospital Plan. Their sales section is good needless to say! I also need to query if HIV medication which is on the government chronic list HAS to be paid for by Discovery because of government regulations.
