Taking way too long too pay out a claim.

I put in a claim on the 10th of June. Had to resubmit the claim cuz nothing was happening on the 17th of June and finally got paid out today. Taking them 2 weeks to pay out money that's supposed to be paid out in 2 to 3 days yet their never late to take my money come month end.. not happy.
