Taking payment for deceased person

My son is deceased and death certificate was submitted to employer City of Joburg same week. They were supposed to terminate the medical aid immediately instead they never submitted termination until 3 months later. They took all the leave money including his last salary and bonus to pay medical for someone who is dead April, May and the employer subsidy was not paid instead they took all the children money to pay for a deceased person medical aid.. City of Joburg Human resources is very unprofessional and discovery new already that he is deceased but still milking dead people monies. ALfred Chonco from discovery and City of Joburg Zinhle Maseko without discussing with the family they took a deceased last funds to pay full amount without city subsidy. People are cruel in their jobs. When we busy grieving the loss of our son they play with our minds. They said they waiting for letter of authority I submitted then wow no money
