Taking out of my savings for Hospital benifits

I was admitted to hospital on New years evening, they took bloods and tests and the whole bang shoot to determine why I was so sick when going through my medical aid statement to see what has come off I realized that almost R3000 for bloods was paid out of my savings account??? as far as I am aware that everything that gets done in hospital is paid from the Scheme and not my medical savings?? can someone rectify this immediately as I tried to get it sorted out but was on the line for over a half an hours with KHOLEKA ***ANA who blatantly told me that the bloods had not come of medical saving which she **** cause I have the statement of all my medical savings in front of me which she has sent me. this is a joke and theft from my medical savings... is discovery so desperate for money they have to take it out of my savings???
