Taking My Money!

I cancelled my Discovery Medical Aid on 29/01/16. I was happy for it to be only terminated end of February 2016.<br> I was assured by Discovery that my final Debit order will be on 01/02/2016.<br> <br> Debit order took place as agreed and received proof of cancellation. All in good order,<br> <br> As expected my Vitality fell away as from 01/03/16 and i was debited in full for my Gym Membership. All in good order.<br> <br> Discovery proceeded to Debit my account again on 01/03/16 of the amount of R 3 357,00. What for ????<br> <br> So please Discovery, explain to me how this happens????? I'm not even a member of your Medical Aid anymore. Who gives you the permission to touch my account? You will rectify this within 48 hours or i will take you to the Ombudsman.<br> <br> I await your reply. <br> <br>
