TAKING MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION

Discovery billing and accounts messed up on the recon for my medical aid. I was retrenched in Jan , my company gave notice 30th Jan thus they still had to pay for February. I made an additional payment with my severance payout leaving me in credit with Discovery.I made monthly payments always in the belief that i was 1 month ahead. <br> All of a sudden my medical aid was suspended without notice and I was told I owe Discovery for 6months payments as they had paid the company back. After major recons due to Discovery error, I was told to pay R30000 odd to them . They debited my account without permission in October . When I called to complain , I was told they don't know who authorised and it would never happen again. Guess what they did it again today! It is ******** to debit without signed permission from the account holder! Needless to say I sent Discovery an email a few days ago to resolve this issue and the consultant in question has yet to get back to me
