Taking forever

How is it taking so long to join Discovery medical aid? My employer has submitted my documents days ago but you still haven't given any feedback or anything yet, honestly for paying more than 4k per month I think this is ridiculous, if discovery doesn't contact me today, I will rather go to bestmed cause I vannot wait this long for something as simple.
