Taking extra money

I am now a customer at Discovery for many years and never missed a payment or anything but suddenly Discovery just debited my account for more than double my actual premium, because of this I now have to pay penalties for unpaid items on my bank account and some of my other accounts are not paid because Discovery just took that money.

I insist on getting a refund immediately for the amount that was taken more than what they should have and also the penalties I now have to pay because of Discovery which is over R300.

This is really bad and making things very difficult for good long time clients .

Call me asap Discovery

I have requested for my policy to be canceled with immediate effect because of how they do things and they can keep my normal contribution of R1380.00 as it was agreed but I still wont just leave them with my extra R1421.00 that was taken on top of my monthly premium. I want my money back !! I do insist that you refund me for my R1421
