Systems down no admission!!!!

Worst medical aid! We here at casualty with a sick child waiting for 1 and a half hours while our child gets worse because discovery healths systems are down and can't get an authorisation number or a call reference to get her admitted! Great service for a medical aid which tells a hospital to wait!!!! Because their systems are down! We pay a medical aid that increases year on year for this **** in a serious medical situation! In a life and death situation we'd probably die waiting for admission thanks to your systems!!!!!! Sort your **** systems and ****ty policies out because this isn't my problem!
