Systems are offline continually and continuously

I went for my Vitality health checkup this morning only to be stopped by Discovery's system being offline. The pharmacist tells me that this is a regular occurrence, which leads me to wonder what would happen if I have a medical emergency and their system is offline. This does not inspire confidence or peace of mind. Furthermore, I have been trying to use the discovery flight booster for days now and all I get is a half loaded page and 'waiting for www.discovery.co.za' in the corner of my browser.

Their systems are failing and yet they are apparently raking in record profits. Feels like I am being taken for a ride.
