Switching Medical Aid while on chronic meds

I just joined Discovery and it's nothing short of disappointing to say the least. I was on another medical aid and it gave me no trouble whatsoever. I am on chronic medication and need to see a psychiatrist regularly.

Discovery assured me before switching I would not have any issues as I was already registered on PMB with my previous medical aid. Now I want to see a psychiatrist as I am out of meds and prescription and they are telling me to pay from MSA which will be 80% of my savings.

I don't think it's fair that I should struggle like this with such a serious condition.
