Suspended policy

<p>On the 26 of september 2016 i complaind about discovery. They canceled my policy without any paper work or telephone conversation with me. They are claiming to have paid R2332 into my account where to i have told them and supp**** them with letters from the bank stating that the account has been closed over a year now. show it is inpossible that i received the money. Up and till today its been 5 weeks that have past and the problem has still not been sorted out. I have accounts outstanding because of this and the people are contacting me for payment. I have also been intouch with a lawyer over the weekend in regards to this matter and has advised me to sue discovery. My next step is to report discovery to the medical aid bord. Discovery has no write to cancel my policy out of there own will and all the paper work is that i have is corret.</p>
