Suspended membership

I was changed from Company contribution to Member contribution after I resigned from my previous employer. I had arranged with Discovery to deduct my monthly membership fees through debit order. I found out that Discovery never debited me for the premium's during the 5 months of unemployment during which I was able to claim from the medical aid. I personally notified them of the error and asked them to arranged for them to deduct the premiums in installments as this was not my error. I have not received any feedback from their finance department regarding payment terms and now they have decided to suspend my membership even though I have following up on an error made by them.<br> <br> <br> <br>
