Suspended medical aid

First ever debit order rejected in the 10+ years I've been a member and 24 hours later my medical aid has been suspended??? And this after I spoke with a consultant and agreed that my account can be debited tonight!!! How dare you suspend my MEDICAL AID after one single debit order did go through??? Do you not realise you are dealing with HUMAN BEINGS that get sick and hurt???
