Surely Discovery can afford to courier new cards

Dear Discovery, please start realising that we have NO POSTAL SYSTEM that works here in Johannesburg. Your consultants say it can take up to a month for us to receive our welcome packs and new medical aid cards !! and if you don't get them by then, just let us know and we'll remail them ! Ha ha..Ive been a Discovery member for over 21 years. SURELY DISCOVERY can afford to courier our welcome packs and medical aid cards. I had to downgrade my 2 daughters and put them onto their own Discovery medical aid as they are 21 now.<br> Disgruntled Denyse Alessandrini
