Supporting a cash driven health provider

<p>I can't express the unprofessional manner in which Discovery delt with my pre-authorization request. It took them 3 days to decline a simple R24k procedure in which I'm bleeding internally!!! I't makes you think how far Discovery will take your health to hart!!! Spending over R11'000 a month on ALL Discovery policies, I found it shocking that the senior consulting will pass your call in a flash to the cancellations department making it feel that you'r just a number...</p> <p> </p> <p>This is shocking!!!!!! It's according to discovery standards to let you bleed!!!!!</p>
