I don't know who the mail is going to but I hope it gets to a certain gentleman by the name of Jeremy Raghunagh whom I was assisted by. I had a query which was rather stressful to a point that I wanted to cry but Jeremy took care of it and throughout the call he was so helpful and managed to keep me calm while trying his utmost best to get a solution for me. I would just like to thank you so much for being passionate about your job( I felt the love you have for your job through your voice) and going the extra mile. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
