Superb service

Important to note that this review only relates to the discovery Health and not any other products such as Vitality or insurances. I have been a member now for 7+ years on a hospital plan. Between my wife, child and myself we have been hospitalised on a few occasions predominantly as a result of sport injuries. We only had one issue where I received a huge bill from the hospital. I brought this under the attention of Discovery and they solved the matter the same day as for this particular case it was the hospital who made an error on the billing. We did have a few minor queries which were all sorted out without any trouble.
