Suffering with medical aid from discovery

I have extremely painful abstracted wisdoms teeth that i need a specialist to removed. I cant eat, sleep im in pain all the time. When i called discovery im told discovery key care they dont cover wisdom tooth removal and i need to pay cash. I pay discovery over R2000 every month where am i going to get extra cash to pay for the removal. Y do we pay for medical aid when we can get medical help when we need it?
