Sudden change in points awarded for training without prior warning or explanation

Used to get 300 points for heart rate at 70 % max for half an hour. Now suddenly changed to 80% max with no warning. My resting heart rate is 44 bpm- I have to get my heart rate up to 120bpm for half an hour. Why such change with NO warning or explanation??
