Such a painful experience with Discovery Key Care

I am having a nightmare of an experience with Discovery and i take the blame too. i mistakenly made a payment into an old membership number of mine on the 25th/06, as soon as i noticed this i contacted them and provided proof of payment and waited for the payment to reflect on their side. 3 days later when i called i was informed the money was there but i needed to update my banking details to which forms we provided and i did as requested. i was told the payment was escalated by Ravino the manager whom i also got to copy on the email. 3 days later the payment was NOT done, i called and was informed that the ticked was send to finance but no one picked it up, Viwe promised yet again that she was making SURE it was done, this was on a friday, the following wednesday payment still NOT done, all the people that promise to come back to me so they can investigate dont come back to me, i have no idea how many of them and quite friendly i cannot afford the calls nor do i have the patience any longer, infact i can no longer afford to be patient and this they know, i have flooded Ravino with emails enquiring how far the payment is, not even 1 response came. Las call i spoke to a Luthando and still payment ticket is till not actioned, nothings has been done and she would like to investigate, to which i most likely will have to wait another 3 days for payment to reflect only to find it still has not been done. i respected Discovery, I'm just so saddened and overwhelmed right now. . .
