Such a delight to deal with - Kholeka from Discovery

Phoned into the call center to get my authorization for a dental procedure that I need to have done. Kholeka ***ana answered the phone and she was so helpful and patient with me. This will be my first procedure that I will have to have done where it is not a emergency procedure and I was not sure how to go about this whole situation but Kholeka answered all my questions, even the really stupid ones, which I was not sure about. She was such a delight to talk to and very helpful. Made a blue Monday just that little bit better. Thank you so much Kholeka.
