As I left Discovery Health in 2018, I am most aggrieved that my personal information appears to still be retained in your system and is being used to send communications to past clients.

I kindly request that you remove my personal details from your mailing list and database, as I do not wish to receive any further communications. Please confirm once this has been actioned.
