Stupid website and stupid BOT

Once again I find your website extremely user unfriendly. All I am trying to do is download claims history. Your stupid BOT keeps on asking or a date range which I type in and it just reverts to asking the same question over and over again. I dont know who designed your latest website but the one you have a year or maybe too ago was MUCH better. Very frustrating. I just give up even trying. Have yourself a great day.
