Stupid discovery useless in every way

Getting a little fed up with you guys. I have medical aid as well as vitality through you guys but you can’t even help sort out my logins for the app so I can receive my points and discount it has been almost 3 months now!!! And it’s been a couple days since you last rep**** saying it’s going to be escalated. Do you guys give a sh*t about your customers?? What’s the point of me having medical aid and vitality through you guys if you cannot help me in anyway to get the rewards? I am beyond ****ed off now. I’ve wasted thousands of rand in airtime trying to speak to you guys and still nothing?? What will you guys do about this? Nothing because you are useless
