Struggling to get refund on payment to Netcare and they deducted off my medical aid,

My son was medically evacuated off the MSC due to a crushed hand on the 5th March, early hours of the morning, Holiday was with his girlfriend, her mother, brother, cousin and brother's girlfriend, MSC called in the Emergency evacuation due to the extent of the injury he sustained having his hand crushed in a door on the Cruise liner, His Girlfriends mother left from the ship directly to the hospital The Bay Netcare, and it was called in as an emergency so they were ready for his surgery, Upon arrival, they refused to see to my son and requested a R600 payment, then requested another R800 payment then a R10 000 Co Payment, with this being called in as a medical emergency, to the hospital, there should have been NO payments requested, my son's mothers girlfriend paid the R600 as it was as is an emotionally traumatic experience, I was waiting for my flight from JHB to Richards bay at the time, called the hospital and asked what the payments were for, as they KNEW he was being brought in directly from the Ship as it was a medical emergency, After Having paid the R600, The hospital then STILL put through the Claim on my Medical Aid, and are now finding every excuse not to pay it back, it has now been 24 days since the incident and we are going back and forth, The entire incident has been traumatic, and now after 20 years being with Discovery, I am struggling just to get Refunded the R600, The Cluster Patient Refund <***> department are rude and ***********!
