Struggling for 3 months to add a dependant

I have been a member with this medical aid most of my working career .. approx 15 years Got married and added my husband as a dependant ... He had hemaroid surgery that this very medical aid paid for over a year ago .. In nov 2019 i had to take him off the medical aid due to personal reasons ... Ffwd november 2020 i want to add him as a dependant The surgery is noted and since november 2020 im bring sent from pillar to post and in jan hes still not added cos a report on a surgery done 18 months ago is needed for something that has not reoccured Now i am prepared to move my medical aid to a company that will actually take the 3 of us a family less all this drama because really discovery if you just check your system you have all this info there so clearly my membership is not valued
