Stressful first time mom pregnancy experience - Discovery Health

I am not sure how Discovery Health expects their members to contact them as the call centre agents cut the call when I get through to someone. I activated the maternity benefit in February 2018. My gynae visits/sonar and blood tests have been deducted off my savings account. I have made numerous calls to Discovery's call centre about this, being promised it will be fixed. The benefit is being deducted on the app and my savings account, which is unacceptable. The "My pregnancy" option on the app does not work either. It freezes/edits information - Really? A cellphone app that does not work? Pathetic. My pregnancy with discovery has been a horrible and stressful experience so far. I am extremely nervous about other roadblocks and challenges that I will face with them as my medical aid provider. As a first time mother that has waited years to fall pregnant, the experience and stress I have endured through Discovery has been awful. I am 15 weeks pregnant, and really regret not going over to another medical aid before falling pregnant. Discovery promises their members the moon and the stars, but can not commit. Even though I pay them a small fortune every month.
