Stressed out

I tried to order my chronic medication on line for the second time. The first time the consultant guessed over the phone which suburb I should type in. Finally we found that Tygervalley is accepted for a pharmacy in Willow Bridge. This time around I had the same problem. If you pick the wrong Tyger Valley, there is no pharmacy available, I presume, because it just doesn't work. Once I picked Tyger Valley Road, I had to pick a pharmacy in Carl Cronje Road. Ingenious! Finally I got that part right. Then they wanted payment, which they should not require because I'm taking the generic medicine on their list. I was willing to pay but the payment was not accepted, or something like that, because it stayed on the same page. I tried several times, also with the help of a consultant. the whole episode took the better part of my afternoon. According to Discovery literature STRESS is detrimental to one's health. Don't they believe their own literature?
