Stopped my medical and put me on ITC

Hi<br> I have been with discovery medical since 1990 and never had any problem with my account until 2014 around March when FNB froze my bank account. I work for Eskom as a contractor form 2009 until Dec 2014 when my contract was just stopped.<br> The debit did not go through and we had to pay it cash but only after we paid they froze my medical. <br> After a lot of phone calls to them a Lady said if I paid the she will find out for me if I paid the outstanding payment I can carry on with my medical but never came back to me on that?<br> I called in again and said that I did not have Medical cover the month that they want me to pay and they said I just have to pay and reply for membership? <br> I was without work for 9 months in 2015 and my contract is coming to an end now at end of April and seem to not be able to get work only to find out that I am rejected every time after ITC check is done. So now I can't get work due to the fact that I am on ITC?<br>
