Stop discovery punishing its customers !

e been I have been a member of Discovery health since 2001. I have a classic core plan which is advertised to the public at R2,200 per month. I pay R2,800 a month for the same thing. This is because according to them I must pay a fine every month for the rest of my life of R600 a month because I am a "late joiner" - ie a punishment of R7,200 a year for this crime (previously I was employed by a company who provided medical aid as part of the package) . There are no additional benefits or advantages for my R600 a month - just a punishment - I have been punished by them in this way for 18 years and every year the size of the punishment increases. They tell me thisis the "law" ....but they MADE the law !!! Please join me in leaving Discovery in droves until they stop this disgusting practice and stop enriching themselves on the basis of a non existent crime !
