Stop asking for a co-payment that was paid/

I have to pay back a co-payment refund?? On 24 July 2023 I had a hysterectomy, which has a R10 000 co=payment unless it is for a PMB condition.

1. I had to pay an upfront co-payment to the hospital of R10 000. Which I did. POP was provided to you. 2. After the operation, the doctor provided the documents proving that the hysterectomy was for a PMB. It was provided to you. 3. Because the co-payment was NOT waived BEFORE the operation as the PMB could only be confirmed AFTER the operation, Discovery refunded me the R10 000 (after I had to beg and email numerous times) 4. Now, 10 months later – my medical aid is SUSPENDED, because you say that I owe Discovery R10 000.00 5. When I called, I was told to get the money back from the hospital and refund you. 6. I will NOT do so, you need to sort this out with the hospital. The R10 000 was not waived prior to the operation.

I have paid what I had to. You refunded me like you had to. Please get your own money back from the hospital.

You then Escalated the matter, and the resolution is that I still owe you R10 000 AND you have now used claims money that had to be refunded to me URGENTLY to set it off against the balance I DO NOT OWE YOU!!@!
