****** money!

At the end of last year in December we canceled my partners medical aid plan and added him to my plan. By January they deducted money from my account for his old plan so I called them and asked why they never did as we asked. They eventually canceled his old plan effective end of December. They didn't pay back the money deducted for his plan in January. So by February I asked again why they haven't added him on my plan as we requested in time before the new year. So by mid of Feb they added him on my membership effective 1st February and said all the payments will be sorted in March. So March came and they deducted money for both of us in March and his part for February but they still haven't paid the money back they took from me for his plan in January! So I phoned again now in March and the lady said she will phone me right back which never happened! I'm tired of phoning to sort our a simple request which is now taking 3 months to sort out!
