Stinking service on release of MSA funds

I am still waiting for my MSA refund which was supposedly released on 10 August. After calling on the 14th August I was told that money will be in my account in 2 days . I called on Friday the 15th August 2024 but told that there’s an issue with my banking details amazingly they read my the right banking details. I called again today the 19th August but got told that I needed to verify my banking details which I told the guy they were done already. He can’t even tell me when the money will get paid. I need my money by COB today.
