Still waiting, Should I Die first

I have contact Discovery Multiple times to get a new Medical aid car, this has been from last year.. however gave up, I tried again this year on the 26th of March and still no card delivered Reference number *** and then again on the 29th of may Reference number*** and still no card, its hell going to the doctor or getting medication without a card, but when Discovery Wants its money they don't want to hear excuses, please explain what type of world class service this is, utterly disgusted
