still waiting for savings claims! very frustrating process

Hi , I was called back on 14th and advice that money will be released same day midnight however it will take about 3 days depending on the bank that am using to reflect . Today it the 18th an the money is still not in my bank.

Can the lady that was assisting me call me back please. This means this is the 4th week waiting for claims money that i have clearly explained i am currently in financial difficulties hence i need the money back. membership no ***
