Still waiting for response/refund

I had to pay R1066 Clawback to Discovery. I paid R4066 on 21 November 2017 instead of R1066. I was telephonically advised that the R3000 would be paid back into my account by 28 november 2017. Numerous emails to Discovery remain ignored. On Friday I phoned and spoke to Ntabiseng who promised to phone me back before close of business on Friday. Needless to say, no phone call. This morning i receive an email from discovery with ref ********** 391 advising "We have not forgotten and are still working on it. We will let you know as soon as there are more details to confirm." This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Please can this refund be done urgently and i am wondering whether Discovery will pay interest on this amount? Can someone just sort this out PLEASE!
