Still waiting for my refund

I have send through the receipts that I have paid the doctor in December - however Discovery goes and paid the Dr again. Now I can not even access my profile and no one is even replying to my emails. This is really not fair - my monthly contributions was good enough - I paid the Dr . Discovery made an error in paying him again. Please can I just have my refund?
