Still waiting for my money to be paid

I am still waiting for my money to be paid in my account. I submitted a claim on the 20 December already it's today 8 working days. It shows my claim was approved but I still didn't receive my money the same thing happened last month also where I waited over a week yet your email says it takes 3 - 4 working days is this gonna happen now every time I do a claim. It's really pathetic then yourl need to change your email response to waiting for 2 weeks or something
