Still Waiting for my medical aid card

I added my newborn on medical aid in July 2017 and i waited for a new card that I never received .Everytime i am told that i should wait 6 weeks. September 2018 I add my spouse and request my cards to be posted and i am told to wait another 6 weeks . November 2018 i call again after the 6 weeks has lapsed and i am told to wait another 6 weeks. How many 6 weeks should i be waiting for? and worst part is the consultants do not even log on your profile that you has requested cards, every call is treated as new instead of an existing issue. I am tired of carrying this paper called certificate of membership and explaining everyitime that i am still waiting for my card. I am dissapointed in the service that i have received at Discovery , i pay my medical aid every month without fail but the service is just horrible.
