Still waiting for membership card from September
The membership card was apparently posted, never got it so they suggested they would courier it. Great! How do you not confirm the address with the client? So anyway they send it to my home address as if I am sitting there waiting for my card to be delivered. I have a job!!! So I sent Sana an e-mail with my work address last week. have not received any response from Sana not have I received any feedback on my card from Discovery. I am new to Discovery and already seeing the inefficiency.
