Still waiting for discovery health

Still waiting for a response or call as promised for my complaint regarding my health plan with discovery that I'm struggling to get chronic support care. Check my previous complaint if you don't know. But this is poor. I was under the impression this will take priority, considering that I need chronic care, hence the application I tried to make.
