Still waiting for an answer and reason why they will not pay an account

A few months ago I wrote an article explaining why I feel that Discovery should cover the R3900.00 that was paid to the Glynnwood hospital which they would not cover. my argument being that if this procedure had not been carried out there could have been serious consquences. I was contacted by the medical aid and after explaining was told that they would come back to me,it is now 21st November 2018 and still waiting
