Still waiting for a response
I tried claiming for something which was a PMB. - September 2014<br> <br> Afterwards they told me its not covered under my scheme. I got a letter from my doctor which I submitted 23.01.2015. I got a reference number: *** (No reply) I the sent it through to them again 29.01.2015 (No reply)<br> <br> I then phoned and spoke to Mymoena (Call centre). She told me because they already submitted the claim last year it will not be looked at. Isn't that insane. I want my claim processed ASAP.

Prescribed Minimum Benefit's (PMB) is a set of minimum benefits that, by law, must be provided to all medical scheme members. The cover it gives includes the diagnosis, treatment and cost of ongoing care for a list of conditions. Irrespective of one's personal plan-type, you are entitled to these benefits.
Our Inhouse Team confirmed they have contacted you and addressed your query and confirmed the claim submitted to us does not qualify to be funded as a PMB based on the information provided as it does not fall part of PMB.
