Still rejecting my claim

It's been over a week since Discovery told me that they were taking over and assisting me with my claim from my doctor. And yet, even after you have taken over, you have still rejected my claim because of the CD what what code. So my question still remains, if you are unable to get correct information from doctors, how do you expect us normal people to succeed? And secondly, when am I getting my money?
