Still o feed back

i have made a complaint about Discovery Health that i owe about a R100 000 for medical expenses and even now i still have not got a better feedback ,i was advised by a lady who phoned me that an investigation will be done by listening to the calls made to me by their consultant but to show that it was not done the last feedback i got a few month ago was still the same, i have tried to resolve this as easy as possible however i have come to a point that its time now to take this to the omdusman
