Still not have a medical aid card after 2months

We joined Discovery health on the 1st of January 2015. We contacted Discovery numerous times to inform them that we did not receive our membership cards, they said they will send it to us again. This is 3 weeks later and still we do not have our membership cards, we already paid 2 months payments for our medical aid. This is unexceptional. Is there any possible way to courier our membership cards? I have contact health info last week but I did not get any respond from them.
